Jeff Mullen - Retired
Jeff Mullen is a retired college football coach best known for his work as an offensive coordinator and quarterback coach at the highest levels of the game, as well as being the creator of The Big "O" System. Over the course of his career, Coach Mullen built a reputation for developing productive offenses and mentoring quarterbacks in major conference competition. Though now retired, his impact remains tied to programs such as Wake Forest, UNC-Charlotte and West Virginia.
Mullen’s coaching journey included prominent roles as offensive coordinator and quarterback coach at both Wake Forest and West Virginia. At Wake Forest, he helped guide offensive units in a competitive conference environment, refining game plans that emphasized quarterback efficiency and balanced scoring. He later brought that experience to West Virginia, where he coordinated offenses built around tempo, precision, and explosive play potential.
