In 2023 the Onalaska Hilltoppers led the state of Wisconsin in passing with 249 yards per game and 41 touchdowns to only 6 interceptions. This passing game led them to a state quarterfinals appearance.
Their offense is a power spread style that includes gap and zone scheme runs, a heavy dose of the fly sweep from multiple formations, multiple screens to slow the rush, and an interesting game planning philosophy to prepare for the week.
